This modern family villa was completely renovated for its owners, who requested lighting solutions to match their understated glamour styling with a touch of sturdiness and chic. The fascinating combination of materials of the interior was the inspiration for the lighting project.
The villa’s architecture, with its high ceilings and vast windows to its beautiful gardens, aims to brings the outdoors in by bathing it in light. The living room in the villa is a central space with a warm atmosphere. Yphix built-in spots and ceiling lights are the base of the lighting plan inside. Indirect light - Yphix LED strips - was added for depth and comfort in the kitchen and living room. And Yphix luminaires to shine their light on beautiful finishes such as the luxurious wallpaper with relief, the steel doors, art and design elements. The effect is a tonal delight. The muted colors, simple graphic shapes and the air of luxury that the house breathes are in harmony with the light scenes that can be adjusted to match any moment of the day.
Outside too, comfort and style are at a premium. Connecting the inside with the outside was an important part of the design, which came to a beautiful result. Yphix garden lights were installed to create an atmosphere that can be enjoyed all year round. The playful lighting consists of up and down lights for local light, spots for general light, LED strips underneath floating tiles for indirect light and spikes to light trees and plants. Leading to an interesting play between light and dark, giving depth and ambience to the garden by night.
A walk in and around this modern family villa is as serene as it is energizing. The true quality of the villa can not only be seen in the overall impression, but especially in the detail and special finishes.
